Our long-fermented country sourdough, dark rye, spelt, and rotating specialty loaves — baked fresh daily and available for early morning delivery or collection. Full and half loaves. The kind of bread that makes a difference on a café menu.

Canadian Fruit Pies & Butter Tarts
Our signature Canadian fruit pies — blueberry, cherry, strawberry rhubarb, peach & apricot, spiced apple, and pecan — available whole for cafes and restaurants. A genuine point of difference for your dessert menu. Minimum order applies.
